If you are looking for a professional range, don't overlook the new GE Monogram one. The GE Monogram is a real beauty with it's stainless steel finish, the heavy dials and it's blue interior and it has a 5.7 cubic foot capacity in the large oven which is more interior space than the Viking or the Wolf. Accessories such as the cutting board, griddle covers are included and do not have to be ordered separately. In the pictured provided you can see that the griddle covers have handles which is a very convenient and functional feature. A few other nices touches: all the dials have indicator lights and full extention racks are standard items making it easier to get things out of the oven.
The unit has 4 wheels and should be moved into place and then leveled. It is shipped with a toe kick(as seen in the picture above), power cord and a gas conversion kit is included.
